How Best to Teach Gen-z in Classroom

๐๐š๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐š ๐”๐ง๐ข๐ฏ๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ successfully organized a two-day faculty development workshop aimed at equipping faculty members with modern tools, techniques, and pedagogical approaches to effectively teach Gen-Z learners. The workshop was conducted in collaboration with ๐๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐จ๐ฅ ๐‚๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐š๐ง๐œ๐ฒ. 

The Rector, Bahria University, delivered the opening remarks and extended a special note of thanks to the CEO of Prosol Consultancy for their valuable collaboration. Faculty members from Lahore and Karachi campuses participated through VLC, ensuring wide engagement across campuses.

The session was enriched by distinguished trainers and subject-matter experts, including ๐Œ๐š๐ฃ ๐†๐ž๐ง ๐“๐š๐ก๐ข๐ซ ๐€๐ฌ๐ฅ๐š๐ฆ (๐‘) with over two decades of leadership and management experience; ๐ƒ๐ซ ๐”๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ ๐’๐ก๐š๐ก๐›๐š๐ณ (PhD, University of Liverpool, UK), a seasoned professor and research leader; Brig Tariq Javed (R), PhD scholar with a Masterโ€™s in Aviation Engineering from France; ๐ƒ๐ซ ๐’๐š๐ฃ๐ข๐๐š ๐Š๐š๐ณ๐ฆ๐ข, PhD scholar in Clinical Psychology with three decades of professional experience; ๐ƒ๐ซ ๐€๐ฅ๐ข ๐’๐š๐ฃ๐ข๐, TI (PhD, George Washington University, USA), who has established five schools of management including at NUST; ๐ƒ๐ซ ๐Œ๐จ๐ก๐ฌ๐ข๐ง ๐“๐ข๐ฐ๐š๐ง๐š (PhD, Sydney, Australia), an international academic teaching across Pakistan, China, Azerbaijan, and Australia; ๐Œ๐ซ๐ฌ. ๐€๐ฌ๐ฆ๐š ๐…๐š๐ซ๐ก๐š๐ง, an American Boardโ€“certified NLP Life Coach, Timeline Therapist and Hypnotherapist with 16 years of experience; and ๐Œ๐ฌ. ๐„๐ซ๐ฎ๐ฆ ๐‘๐ข๐ณ๐ฏ๐ข, an engineering graduate from London Metropolitan University with leadership roles at global corporations including Microsoft, IBM, and Cisco, and expertise in digital transformation.

This impactful session ensures faculty development, as it enhances instructional effectiveness, strengthens engagement with Gen-Z students, and contributes to improving the overall quality of education at Bahria University.
