The Faculty Development and Student Grooming Activity titled “Anger Management and Emotional Well-being” was conducted on 19 November 2025 by Dr. Usman Rasheed, Senior Assistant Professor at Bahria University Lahore Campus. Falling under the domain of social development and aligned with SDG 3: Good Health & Well-Being, the session aimed to promote mental health awareness and emotional resilience among participants. The training focused on understanding the causes and effects of anger, techniques for emotional regulation, stress management strategies, and the importance of maintaining psychological well-being in both academic and professional settings. An interactive methodology was adopted, including lectures, practical exercises, and participant discussions, which encouraged engagement and self-reflection. Participants gained valuable insights into managing emotions effectively, improving interpersonal relationships, and fostering a positive and healthy environment. Overall, the session was highly impactful in enhancing emotional intelligence and supporting mental well-being, contributing positively to personal and professional development.
